AREA and World Refrigeration Day (WRD) have officially announced the participants of the third edition of the Women in Cooling Video Competition, an initiative that highlights the technical and design expertise of women working in the refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump (RACHP) sector.
Organized annually in collaboration with WRD, the competition recognizes excellence in two categories:
- Category A – Best RACHP Practices
- Category B – Excellence in RACHP Design
The award ceremony will take place in Milan, on 12 June 2025, during the 21st European Conference on the Latest Technologies in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, co-organized by UNEP, IIR, AREA, and Centro Studi Galileo.

First-place winners will be invited to Milan to attend the ceremony, with travel and accommodation covered by AREA through ATF.
