On International Women’s Day 2026, AREA will host a free webinar on women’s experiences in the cooling sector

Annuncio del webinar per la Giornata Internazionale della Donna 2026 sulle esperienze nel settore del raffreddamento europeo, con dettagli sulla data, ora e registrazione.

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, AREA is pleased to invite you to a webinar dedicated to supporting and empowering women in the refrigeration sector. The refrigeration industry plays a crucial role in our economies and societies, yet it remains a field where women are still underrepresented. Through this webinar, we aim to highlight the fundamental contribution of women to the sector and to inspire greater inclusion, diversity, and professional growth.

Our guests will share their personal and professional experiences, discussing challenges, opportunities, and achievements throughout their careers. Their stories will show how women bring essential skills, perspectives, and leadership to refrigeration, driving innovation, sustainability, and excellence across the industry. We hope this discussion will encourage dialogue, inspire future generations, and reaffirm that the role of women is not only valuable, but indispensable to the present and future of the refrigeration sector.
