On June 6, 2024, our international team, led by Marco Buoni, held significant meetings with UNEP OzonAction and IIR in Paris. The agenda included discussions with UNEP’s technical committee on the upcoming International Special Issue 2024 and ongoing collaborations, which include partnerships with AREA and ATF.
Later, we participated in an event hosted by the IIR, celebrating the retirement of Director General Didier Coloumb and welcoming Yosr Allouche as his successor.
We extended our heartfelt thanks to Didier for his two decades of dedicated collaboration and expressed our hope to further deepen it with Yosr.
Both meetings provided an excellent opportunity to plan our upcoming events at OEWG46 in Montreal next July.
Lastly, this trip was a wonderful occasion to reconnect with old friends and collaborators and strengthen ties with industry colleagues from around the world.
